• If a quiz is cancelled due to technical issues from our side, users will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are not applicable if a player participates in a quiz but does not win.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• If a user voluntarily exits a quiz after registration.
• If winnings are lost due to disqualification or rule violations.
